Super Technical provides complete, custom-engineered nitrogen generation systems designed to produce, store, and distribute high-purity nitrogen gas directly on-site. Our solutions eliminate the need for high-pressure cylinder storage by safely extracting nitrogen from ambient air, ensuring improved safety, reduced logistics costs, and continuous gas availability.

We design and execute containerized and skid-mounted nitrogen generation packages, along with flexible rental solutions to support both permanent and temporary industrial requirements.

We provide solutions through one of two primary technologies:

Membrane Systems

Compressed air is pushed through hollow polymer fibers. Oxygen, water vapor, and carbon dioxide permeate faster through the fiber walls and are vented out, while slower-moving nitrogen is captured.

  • Pressure range – 5 – 13 bar, for higher pressure with N2 booster (up to 1000 bar)
  • Purity – 95% to 99.5% Nitrogen (5% to 0.5% Oxygen)

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) Systems

Utilizes two towers packed with carbon molecular sieve (CMS) material. The CMS traps oxygen under pressure while allowing nitrogen to pass through, alternating between towers to continuously regenerate the trapped oxygen

  • Pressure range – 5 – 13 bar, for higher pressure with N2 booster (up to 1000 bar)
  • Purity – 95% to 99.9995% Nitrogen (5% to 5 ppm Oxygen)
