| Roles and Responsibilities -
1. To work as a Sales and Application Engineer and perform the following activities:

Product sales and back-up services.
- Identifying new customers.
- Expanding business with existing customers / customer retention.
- Design size components for application solutions.
- Liaise with engg service department for system, overhaul / repair and other Service works.
- Prepare sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices and follow ups of payments and timely collection of revenues.
- Work towards total customer satisfaction without compromising on the bottom line of the division as well as the organization goals and objectives.
2. Assist Department In-charge in Budgeting the sales volume inventory volume and sales promotion expenditure for every year.
3. Reviewing sales and marketing activities and departmental results.
i. Planning and executing Exhibitions and Road shows.
ii. Working out training schedule of sales and support sales staff
iii.Conducting quarterly presentation/Demonstration to customers
4. Developing MIS for all the above activities.
5. Reviewing weekly marketing activities with Head of Department.
6. Reviewing MIS on customer wise and market wise basis every month.
7. Reviewing of sales activities and results with inter departmental Sales Engineer.
8. Reviewing of lost orders and taking actions to minimize the same in future.
9. Any other task/activity as instructed/advised by Department In charge/Management as and when required.
